How much will it cost? I'm worried about hidden charges.
Every job gets a free, fixed quote before we start, the price we quote is the price you pay. No call-out fee, no VAT surprises, no 'while we're here' extras.
How quickly can you actually get here?
Emergencies get a same-day response across Kent, usually within 2 hours for board-ups. Standard repairs are typically booked within 2-3 working days.
Do I need a whole new window, or just the glass?
Usually just the glass. If your frames are sound, we replace only the pane or sealed unit, a fraction of the cost of a new window. If replacement genuinely is the better option, we'll say so and explain why.
Will the new glass match my existing windows?
Yes, units are made to measure, and we match glass type, thickness, spacer bars and obscure patterns so the repair is invisible.
What if something goes wrong after you leave?
All work is guaranteed and we're fully insured. If a unit fails or a repair doesn't hold, we come back and put it right at no cost.
Will there be mess and disruption?
We work clean: dust sheets down, glass vacuumed, old units taken away and recycled. Most single-unit jobs are done in under an hour.
